By using the App, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health decisions and that Kiwi shall not be liable for any injury or damages resulting from your use of the App or the habits you choose to track and implement.

Children Under the Age of 13

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. You can review and change your habit information directly within the App. You have full control over your habit data and can:

  • Edit or delete individual habits
  • Modify your progress tracking

  • Delete all your data through the App's settings

Since Kiwi does not require account creation, all your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal cloud storage (if you've enabled backup features). You maintain complete control over this information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.
